PRIVATE STAYS

Casa Tridentata

Restorative private stays for women
navigating brain injury

A quiet place to rest and restore

Restorative private stays for women navigating life after brain injury.

Set within the land at Congruence Tucson, Casa Tridentata is a private two-bedroom, two-bath casita in the Sonoran Desert created for deep rest, quiet integration, and nervous system support.

For women living with concussion, traumatic brain injury, or persistent post-concussive symptoms, environment matters. Recovery is not only shaped by what happens in a session, but by what the body is held by afterward — the quiet, the light, the pace, the sounds, the textures, and the felt sense of safety.

A stay at the casita offers continuity

— a quiet onsite retreat where rest, regulation, and integration can continue in the spaces between the sessions.

It offers the rare opportunity to stay in the same landscape where the work unfolds, surrounded by desert stillness, open sky, and the calming presence of the herd as part of daily life.

Inside, the casita is understated and restorative, with organic Belgian linens, limestone finishes, natural materials, and soft, grounding tones. A reading nook looks out toward the horses and land, while the bedrooms are designed to support truly restorative sleep. Outside, a screened patio, saltwater pool, and walking labyrinth invite a slower rhythm between sessions.

Private stays are inquiry-based and shaped around your capacity, needs, and season of recovery.
